This store is incredible and brought all india here. You will almost get everything in this place. We shopped vegetables, groceries, streel items like glasses etc, pooja items, diwali fireworks and carrom board. Except parking taking sometime as more people coming to the store everything else went smooth.

Observations and recommendations to speed up shopping experience for customers.

1. Keep plastic bags in number of places at vegetables section
2. 1-2 staff at grocery section to help people which speeds up shopping
3. multi storey parking facility ( expensive but worth)

I am writing this review as I visited 2 days ago when visiting Leicester. Some reviews are quite derogatory and very old 6-7 years old. When I went I was very impressed. I have given 4 stars only because I went once. It was a clear, clean well laid out store, with good prices and a great vegetable section. They have parking outside their pots and pans shop, and you cross the road to the wholesaler. Appeared good value especially for the fresh vegetables.

My brother who is blind went to get some goods, someone placed the wrong items in the wrong aisle. So he thought he was buying Mango Juice but instead bought Orange juice. I went with receipt in hand bear in mind this was purcahsed only an hour ago. The sales assistant sadi we dont give refunds! What shocking and utterly bad behaviour. Have passed it on to the Charities for the visually impaired and BLIND, with Leicester CC legal area. I will not shop there again! It is so sad all the English stores, Coop. Waitrose not to mention others have all upstiks and moved as have the white British. It is shocking that stores like this have no idea of customer service! It is so sad how Britian has declined! No wonder we voted Brexit and move when Indians in particular move into the area!

Great Indian grocery store with a wide selection of products – practically everything you might need is available. However, parking can be limited, especially during peak times, which can be a bit of a challenge.

Its good place to buy your Asian food stuff. If you are from an Asian country like India, Pakistan ,Sri Lanka, ect its for you guys.
And many products are there for cheap prices.
Also all kinds of vegetables are there.
