Absolutely amazing 'find' on Ingleton village. £10, per head for an approx. 5 mile walk round the most amazing waterfalls, views, paths all amazing but not for the unfit or wheel chairs, worth every penny and more! We were staying for New Year near by and it had rained for over 28 hours so we were desperate to find a nice reasonable walk and this was exactly what we needed.

Liked: The 360 degree views. We stayed on the Motorhome section, 12 pitches, none on top of each other. It was not quite full but very quiet. The toilet and shower blocks looked new. Due to losing my fob to get into the block I can’t say whether they were clean or not but I expect that they were. There are walks from the site itself, we climbed Ingleborough which you can see clearly from the pitches. There is a very nice kiosk selling hot teas etc. That was a nice touch. The staff there were helpful, friendly and patient and I was offered another fob but refused because we have a shower in the camper van. 4g was great for your evening Netflix!

Disliked: The road up to the site is very narrow. Not the fault of the camp but worth pointing out. I would have appreciated a HUGE fob to access the shower building because I’m adept at losing small things. (I found the fob just as we were leaving).

Liked: The toilets and shower block was spotless.
Great location and views.
Really pleasant people running the site.
Pitches were spacious and easy to get to.
Great to be located on the waterfalls walk

Disliked: Not really walking distance from the village for older members of the party
Can get a bit breezy due to high location - it's fine - it's the country! And they've planted some trees to help with this, they just need to grow a bit.

Liked: Beautiful surroundings, excellent sized pitches and very well maintained. Felt very safe and secure for a family and quiet at night. Toilet block immaculate.

Disliked: Shower block was immaculately clean but the shower itself felt more of a fine mist than a decent hot shower.

We stayed here for one night and were extremely happy with the warm welcome we received, the spotless cleanliness of the facilities, the spectacular waterfall walk and the breath taking views.
We read some reviews before we went which were a bit shocking…
There is a narrow lane to get to the site- it’s Yorkshire! It’s not a problem, we got our huge camper in and out no problem.
Bad reviews of grumpy staff- definitely didn’t get that at all!
Bad reviews of no WiFi and signal- stay at home maybe?
And bad reviews of the weather… definitely stay at home then!

We stayed in one of the 3 lodges on site. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The site was very clean, quiet and well maintained. We had some lovely wild life visitors just outside the lodge. Would definately recommend. There is a very long single track road to get to the site. Luckily we never met anyone coming the other way. 🙂

Liked: Excellent campsite 10 out of 10 couldn’t fault anything the grounds,the pitches,the shower block toilets all immaculately clean would highly recommend this campsite. The views the waterfalls are amazing will definitely back again. If you want a weekend to chill out or have a nice walk, this is the place to go.Lovely staff

Disliked: It’s not a dislike but just like to point out the road leading to the campsite is a single track and could be a bit tricky if you meet vehicles coming in the opposite direction but well worth it once you get to the campsite.
