Only place in Bury I’ve found where you can buy all your typical African foods like maize meal, cassava flour, egusi etc. good selection of products along with fruit and vegetables.

Went in this morning to get Indian ingredients for NY dinner tomorrow night. Needed assistance , young girl sitting down on phone which was in speaker who couldn't be bothered to get up and help me to find the things I needed. Seemed I was a nuisance disturbing her phone call. Such a shame as would have liked to have given you the business, hope the phone call is ended before another dissatisfied customer comes into your shop! I will not be returning.

Bought thai ingredients here - flat rice noodles, limes, lemongrass, tofu etc. - and some wonderful mango and small bananas. Amazing range of products inside, from spices to rice paper to lychee. Very friendly shop owner who included a huge bunch of coriander for free because it was going slightly off but we didn't mind. Highly recommend for purchasing asian foods.

We have many years of enjoying oriental food when we were working in the Asia Pacific region and it was reassuring to find a food store which stocked many of our favourite things. With a proprietor who had good knowledge and could give us advice on items we didn't know much about.

Love this shop and am glad to have it in the area as there is a shortage since Butterworth's disappeared. Use these places or lose them. Fair prices and decent selection.

Really good. This shop is what Bury needed. Fresh fruit and veg and a thousand other things I wanted to buy in spices, sauces, rices etc. Had to drag myself away. Will be back. Obsessively I fear.
