Piss poor. Had an email from the Supplier confirming delivery date of 7th Jan. Received text from FedEx confirming the same date with time window of 08:40-12:40.
Sat indoors all day waiting!!

Currently 16:50. Checked the tracker;
"15:58 Delivery exception"
"Customer not available or business closed
HOWDEN GB"

What a load of bullshit! Driver has made NO attempt to delivery the package. We've been at home all day. No effort or attempt to make any form of contact whatsoever.
Maybe the correct update is driver couldn't be bothered or he ran out of time to attempt the drop as either of those reasons is likely to be more accurate.

Usual poor service received as seems to be the expectations that Fedex for this area of the country have set.
Won't hold my breath that they will bother trying tomorrow either. Absolute joke of a service

I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for a redelivery of parcel. Despite several attempts calling and discussing my situation with the call centre, there has been no resolve or clear communication with the call centre and the depot. Poor communication is an understatement. The call centre gave me a contact number for the depot which actually calls the call centre back! no contact number or email to call direct, depot actually lied about reported delivery attempt at home address which did not take place. Was told I would receive a pick up code via email to collect from depot which never arrived. Shocking service, Will never use this service again.

Was meant to receive a parcel on January 2nd that had left the supplier on December 30th. No parcel has yet been delivered, they’ve updated tracking with saying no customer available to take delivery or business closed. This message on tracking has been happening since the 2nd January. No real person to speak at customer services, just an automated BOT. Never received parcels through FedEx before and I have to say I’m really not impressed. I’ve now resorted to emailing FedEx directly to find out what’s happening, this is poor customer service

Waiting on goods to be delivered for past week. They suggest no one at address to accept delivery on 3 occasions, yet there has been no attempt at delivery as people at the property and magically goods back in the depot within the hour. I'd allege they never left the depot in the 1st place, Very frustrating especially when you stay in most of the day to accept delivery and now also no option to collect from depot. Oh and all said delivery attempt are prior to the delivery date advised by SMS.

If you get a job there they'll treat you like dirt and dismiss all complaints. They put you in an impossible situation but expect you to try anyway and then explain to 5 drivers why you messed up their routes.

Brilliant service. I ship many packages out through this particular depot as well as receiving some. They have never let me down. Staff are very helpful and efficient. Always deliver next day in U.K. I send and receive shipments overseas too and as a global company they offer the same excellent service everywhere. Today I received a package from Japan, handled 100% by FedEx end to end. Received in three days, that’s including customs clearance. Totally first class service.

Worse place I have seen.
No interest in drivers health.
No proper training. Just gave me a van key, scanner and told me someone will come then told me to go on my own. Organized route myself and no support from Fedex. Manager been rude when I State that I am on 7am-4:30pm contract and told me to stay till last customer. Done 13 hours and they took more than 30 min - 60min for my brake time when I have had only 30min for 13 hours work. Not recommended at all. No option to refuse delivery. Every single one has to be signed.
Just modern slavery.
