Such an amazing place for breakfast, lunch and dinner we booked in advance for an evening meal and it was incredible! Definitely the best food in the area ! Amazing portion sizes and such a good atmosphere. Is also doggy friendly !!

Awesome plant based options. I had the garlic mushrooms with vegan feta melted onto them. Went back to the next day for an awesome oat flatwhite, vegan cinnamon roll, and my partner had the vegan almond croissant. The avocado toast was also bangin! We went 5/7 days we were staying in Cockermouth. Best cafe in the area. Great decor and kids books for my toddler!

Lovely coffee shop off the high street. Cappuccinos were very good. Flavoursome and with a silky smooth milk froth. Can't rate the food as sadly we didn't have any but the dishes delivered to the table next to us looked and smelt amazing. Nice chilled vibe and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

We love everything about Fika.
We had avocado and feta on toast....just divine.
We met some gorgeous people....staff and customers.
And our doggies felt so welcome.

Overall not bad. Service was slow being the only complaint. Took over half an hour to bring out some pancakes. They weren't particularly busy either. Once the food arrived it was good though. Coffee was also smooth but would have been cold if we'd waited for the food to arrive. Maybe just an off day so would give them another go. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Nice food and base prices are fine but the upgrade/additions prices are ludicrous.

Items missing from our order, burnt coffee. no check back, made to paid up front, waitress doesn't seem particularly experienced or interested in customers.

Such a gem of a spot! This Swedish-themed café is full of heart, and the two staff running the place were nothing short of incredible—smiling, calm, and doing their absolute best to keep everyone served, even while juggling everything themselves. The spicy hash was absolutely unforgettable—full of flavour and perfectly balanced. Coffee was top quality, and the fresh handmade juices were a lovely touch—bright, refreshing, and clearly made with care. A cosy, welcoming brunch stop that feels like a little slice of Scandinavia. Can’t wait to return.
