Horrible smell of alcohol in the shop. Rude Hindu lady behind the counter. Every time when I'm there is Horrible experience with the staff.

Staff are quite miserable- you don’t get a ‘hello’ when you go in there. Using their parcel collection service seems like a massive inconvenience to them, I often get huffed at when I ask to collect something even though I’m the only customer in the shop at the time. Not sure why you’d offer it as a service if that’s your reaction every time? It’s handy as I live in the village but I’ll probably start going elsewhere if it means I get friendlier customer service.
