Excellent kebab from Don-Air. Had the medium chicken shish, delicious. Well cooked and huge. Great value at under a tenner, and as a seasoned kebab fan, I can honestly recommend this place highly. A really pleasant change from being ripped off for crap food at UK service station.

STOP 24. 5 stars from me. Why? Train was late on a French bank holiday, running out of time and parking available after a very long day ⭐️ then into the showers, clean and hot earns another ⭐️. Customs post available, staff were great, very efficient and super quick. SIVEP could learn a thing or two here ⭐️, coffee and food available 24/7 ⭐️, and cleared my truck out of all the trash, empty clean bins available!?!? ⭐️ - Well done Stop 24.

COSTS: £28 for up to 24hrs park with showers available at a cost of £3. Minutes from the train. There’s a Shell garage available as well 24/7 for your fuel.

A services that was great without having a McDonald’s on site especially M20 Ashford to Folkestone already have 3 of them accessible.

Tables and chairs messy, bins overloaded and stacked.
Staff displaying frustration at one another treating it as if it’s Hell’s Kitchen (quite literally)
Faster food at Taco Bell and that establishment isn’t even open
Big checkup from the neck up needed from ronald and co

My review is not of the actual place but the EV charging stations in the parking lot.
I came because the car needed a charge and Google directed me to this place.
There are 2 fast chargers but my car can take in 50Kw so had to wait for more than a hour.
The food outlets inside offer varied choices to make the wait bearable.
Connection and payment was fast and hassle free even though I was using an International credit card.

This is stop 24, a pick up point for our Leger tour bus. It's so much like a airport terminal with a lot of people going in and out. Very busy at times. But the people that run the place are very efficient, and helpful.

Stopped in 'The Cafe' yesterday.
Went for the Olympian breakfast that didn't seem a bad deal.
Applied HP Sauce over my breakfast (common practice) only to find out that the manager is putting cheap sauce in HP bottles.
Took the breakfast back and the member of staff kindly reimbursed me.
Manager appears offering to show me the receipt for sauce. As he was being insistent,I bowed to his frustration and agreed to look at the receipt, only to be told he wasn't prepared to show me now and would no longer serve me. Now this manager was angry and borderline aggressive, raising his voice, when I was trying not to be drawn in to an argument. Bearing in mind he had customers waiting to be served. I felt sorry for the member of staff in the end as I can only assume he got a grilling for reimbursing me.
Lesson to self, check your sauces 😎

Only used it as a shearings & leger customer to pick our tour coach up the place it self is OK for a bite to eat and toilets for half hour. But shearings and leger have you waiting hours. We came back into stop 24 at 12.30 pm on our tour coach the shearings / leger notice board said it would be 2 pm when our transfer coach would set off up north. That time came and went the time altered to 3pm still no show so I asked the shearings rep are all the tour coaches back she said yes you will be on your way soon. That never happened so I asked again she then said some of the tour coaches are still across the channel tunnel and waiting to board the train. We managed to leave stop 24 at 5.30 pm that evening. That is too long to be at stop 24. And it cold inside the services . Not a pleasant experience for everyone plus there isn't enough seats for everyone to sit down and I am talking about 300 to 400 hundred people. May be more .

Reasonably priced, lots of choices. Toilets were clean. Shop and outlets include WHSmith, Subway, The Reel Fish and Chip Company, Pitstop, West Cornwall Food Co. We had a £3.25 bacon roll and hot drink deal at the West Cornwall Food Co which was a good price and very nice
