A small limited company with huge credentials. From the first contact I had confidence in the person I was speaking to and the emails I received. I was so confident that I drove from Southampton to Fountain Motors to view this car. The car was as described if not better so I bought it without hesitation.
Alex was the gentleman I dealt with. He was easy to chat with, very knowledgeable, polite, honest, and was not pushy for that sale, traits sometimes lacking in other dealerships.
This was an extremely pleasurable experience and I 100% recommend Fountain Motors.

Pure class from a reputable and highly knowledgeable dealer - I called Fontain and spoke with Marcus whom I can not tell you how great his knowledge and attentiveness is. Marcus gave me all the time I needed, allowed me to ask close to a thousand questions without a yawn!! and was happy to answer all questions. Marcus was super quick at getting back to me (even out of hours - maybe I shouldn’t say that as everyone will expect that level of service - lucky for me I got it)

I was looking at 2 cars, one from Fontain and one from the main deal, weirdly the main dealer was cheaper - however main dealer service was terrible and that’s giving them credit, plus the prep of the car wasn’t a patch on Fontain.

The SQ5 we purchased from Fontain looks like an exdemo straight from the showroom, very well specified car from new and looked after, full dealer history. Marcus did a walk around video and during the video I noticed a whine from the belt and coolant level being low.. If anyone is serious about buying a B9 engine that goes in a SQ5 - S4 - S5 etc then you’ll know about the coolant bottle sensor issues, water pump issues and thermo issues. Marcus was straight on the case with their independent Audi Specialist and actually had the water pump and thermo replaced plus the aux belt as a precaution as he wanted the car to go out in perfect working order. We have had the car for a few weeks now and its amazing. I would highly recommend Fontain, I have been looking at their cars for 15+ years and I live 100miles away from them!! I’ve just never had the means until now to buy one of their amazing example cars!

My wife purchased a car from up north which unfortunately came with some electrical faults. The dealer assured us that our local Audi specialist based in Iver would no doubt be able to sort the faults.

The vehicle was delivered this morning to them and I must say it’s been an excellent service from the guys at Fontain group. Quick and easy drop off & plenty of parking.

Expertise on the ready from the get go. Kully has been very accommodating in fitting the car into their busy schedule, so a huge thank you to her!

2018 Audi A6 Avant 2.0 TSFI Quattro in Tornado Grey

Well what can I say about Fontain Motors other than their customer service and aftercare is unlike any other used car dealer I've come across in the past. Credit to Marcus and Alex.

From the first conversation, I was put at ease and all of my questions were answered thoroughly with Fontain making sure I had all information I needed to then make the decision to reserve the car. After reserving the car, I arranged to view it and take it on a test drive.

In short, the car looked amazing both inside and out and drove fantastic. Needless to say, I decided to buy the car as it was everything I wanted and such a step up from my older Audi A6 Avant, and my particular model is quite rare now which is an added bonus for the future.

However, as with any second-hand car and despite all efforts made by Fontain to ensure the car was perfect as it could be, I did notice a few things into my ownership that weren't initially noticeable when I looked and drove the car. I discussed these at length with Marcus and Alex and we arranged a suitable time for the car to go back and be looked at by their authorised Audi specialist, who I will use going forward for our servicing needs etc as my wife has a TT.

The approach taken by Fontain to simply have the car back without any mention of the 'Warranty' route which I've experienced in the past truly shows their commitment to customer service and making sure I was happy with my purchase.

I decided to wait a few months to write my review so I could ensure that what I wrote was completely honest.

In reference to the car now three months on, I am really pleased with what I've got and I would not hesitate in buying another from Fontain down the line.

On a final note, I really want to express my thanks to Marcus and Alex in the way they have dealt with me from that initial conversation, and maybe in a year or so, you'll have my next car ready and waiting - maybe an S6 with all the bells and whistles :-).
