Rang the post office today with a query about a special delivery that I had sent, the lady on the phone was extremely sarcastic and unhelpful. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Didn't want to know what my issue was just wanted to argue that I may have mistaken that a man had served me, I was very rudely told that a man hasn't worked there for years and that I must have the wrong post office. The receipt and my memory of going there is not wrong. Once I had established with her that it was indeed the correct post office she carried on with her standoffish attitude and I felt unable to carry on with the conversation to explain my issue feeling too shaken by the whole experience. She couldn't have cared less.

Visited the post office on a Saturday, arriving at 12:20. Sign on the door saying they had gone to lunch. They are only open until 1pm on a Saturday anyway. Can you really not wait 40 mins to have your lunch after you have closed!?
