Id be very cautious when selecting this store for DHL pick ups.
I had an order sent to this store for click and collect. Had the email notifying me but when I got there, the guy at the counter insisted they hadn't got it and told me nothing had been scanned in (he didn't bother to check the boxes behind him). I went home and called DHL, who confirmed that it had been delivered here (I also received several emails reminding me to collect). I went back the next day to see if it had magically appeared. Again, the guy on the counter insisted it hadn't arrived and was adament that they didn't have it. I told him about the phone call to DHL and the several emails. He then went to check the boxes behind the counter and, surprise surprise, there was my package that the guy claimed he didn't have. He then told me that it had arrived days ago.

Totally dishonest store, with a lying store assistant with some shady practice going on
