Exceptional Service and Stunning Sofa!

I absolutely love my new sofa from Furniture Village! The feel and quality are far superior to many of the other sofas I looked at. It’s clear this was the right choice, and I couldn’t be happier with the Blenheim Grand Split.

A huge thanks to Steve Wong at the Cambridge store for his exceptional hospitality and guidance in helping me replace my old sofa. Over four visits, Steve showed immense patience and kindness. He even baked fresh cookies for me and my daughter, which made the experience even more special! There was never any pressure to make a purchase—Steve focused on helping me picture the sofa in my living room and offered fantastic design ideas that really brought my vision to life.

Steve truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend him or Furniture Village more highly. Thank you again!

Good range of furniture. Calm peaceful atmosphere to browse. Salesman Steve asked once if we needed help, and when we said we didn't at that time, left us to look around in peace. When we were ready to purchase, Steve handled it all with a friendly and efficient manner.

Our first experience with Furniture Village and we received excellent service from Sales Consultant Steve Wong. We received a nice welcome and introduction from Steve and then left to browse uninterrupted until we were ready to ask questions. He was very informative and helpful. Experience was excellent. I have a wonderful Lebanese wife who is in Beirut and I had to liaise online with her for nearly 3 hours over every permutation relating to a bed and dining table purchase. Salesman was 10 times more patient than me 😂. These guys like it when you buy more than one item and so my salesman ‘helped’ with pricing whenever possible. Can’t fault them.

Steve Wong at Cambridge branch was the perfect salesperson who assisted us today. He was patient with us choosing the right furniture, helped us get an idea of how every piece would look in our new home, and he had the perfect knowledge about every piece which meant he could answer our all questions right off the bat. Lovely person to have as a face of the business. This is our first time buying from furniture village and he definitely made it a pleasurable experience, hopefully we will be back for more 😄
