I visited Furniture Warehouse in Irthlingborough this week for the first time and was really impressed with the large selection of high quality furniture at incredible prices. I had the pleasure of dealing with Derek who was fantastic. He had a great knowledge of the products and was not pushy at all and made us feel so welcome in the store. Excellent service and great value! Will definitely be back.

Very impressed with this store….Travelled some distance to get there, but worth it. I was most impressed with the range of merchandise available. This was matched by the excellent prices offered, across the whole range. The quality of the fabrics was of the highest standards. The staff attending me were professional in every sense…, friendly, with a smile, and above all, unobtrusive…but most willing to assist with any questions I had….All in all, a most satisfying trip to a store, which I can relate to, a top quality store..BAM

Visiting the store today has been lovely, the range of furniture and styles are amazing. Meeting and chatting to Derek was fantastic, giving us great advice, popping back to check in as we needed and provided stellar service.
The only draw back to the store was some small accessibility issues, but I was offered to use the lift and if I had been in my wheelchair this would have been quite sufficient.

Shocking customer service! The furniture is fantastic, but the customer experience post store visit is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We just brought a new house and ordered a kitchen set, after being told 7-12 days originally. We have had 5 failed delivery attempts where we have taken 3 days holiday for and my dad has taken 1 full day for too. The deliveries were as followed:

1. Only sent the bench with no chairs (sent the wrong bench)
2. Didn’t send anything at all and we waited all day for nothing
3. Just sent the table
4. Were going to send the table again so I cancelled and I was forced to visit the store, for them to actually have the chairs there and I took them home.
5. Nothing on the truck again and am still waiting for them to collect the incorrect bench and send us the correct one.

Every time I speak to them they tell me someone is looking into this but it’s clearly as a way to get me off the phone. Each time they speak to me, they criticise what’s happening within the business and say they have no idea what’s going on, but no sense of urgency to actually fix the situation. So I am still waiting on a response. Avoid at all costs!!

Shambolic company! Ordered a dining room table and chairs in early October with delivery scheduled for mid-November. Called early November to check delivery and was told there's a slight delay but guaranteed delivery before Christmas. We phoned again today to check the delivery date & was told the table will be delivered in January and the chairs have been cancelled altogether. No phone call to explain why, no email & no refund. Happy to take your money and keep quiet! We've now been left without a table and chairs for Christmas!
AVOID!!!
