It’s happened today. I went to this shop to collect 3 parcels. They gave me as always their paper sheet (it’s ridiculous that they use it paper) and asked to find my name. I founded however they had only 2 parcels. I tried to explain them that it’s not first time that something is missing and from my perspective they have a really big mess. The boss tried to explain me that if my name is only once they don’t have any other parcels. I explained them that they have a mess and it’s not my problem. I want my parcel. The boss of this shop started to shout at me. I asked him many times to stop it. Explained him that I am a customer and he should not do it. He shouted to me that I am making him angry. I was really scared. 😭 I don’t recommend to use their service.

Absolute joke of a place. Do not have parcels delivered here as they say they do not have them. Probably take the items and sell them. Terrible service and rude when they talk to you! Didn't even bother scanning the barcode to check

Similar story to other reviews... this parcel shop lies to different delivery companies then when you get there, they say they won't scan your QR code. Walked all the way here to send an evri parcel and they won't do it despite telling Evri they DO send evri parcels. Useless incompetent man at the till too.

I made a mistake with some hayfever tablets and put them in my pocket and forgot to pay for them. have done this once in 5 years and been going there regularly, so a few days later I went back. They kicked up a big fuss about it and threatened to bar me over a genuine mistake one time that I made. I Could I understand it if i did it all the time, but it was once. But I'm not coming back ever after this.They do not appreciate your custom . I spend a good 20 to 30 a week in their shop and they could not leave it over 2 pound packet of hayfever tablets. Also, one of the owners there is very rude, always miserable, always looking for an argument. He even got the hump about me asking for something to be put in his bin after spending over 40 quid that day there. Also, it's way over-priced, so unless u like over-expensive shops and not having your custom appreciated then I would avoid this place.

I would put a zero star if I could. The employee was incredibly rude. He made me do the queue twice and he didn't want to deliver my parcel (saying it's not there, although I got the yodel notification days ago) so I had to leave my parcel there. I am hoping at least to get my money back. Will never go there again

I appreciate reviews are not very good for this convenience store however I have used them today and it did the job as a drop-off location for a FedEx via Parcel2GO parcel delivery. This transaction at least was quick and with no fault.

Absolutely disgusting food. They sell rotten veg to the public and when you take it back to them they say its not rotten just dirty. The guy who owns it, is rude and thinks he knows best but needs his eyes checked if he doesn't know the difference between mold and dirt
Only thing convenient about this shop is if you want a stomach bug or a trip to the hospital
