We have been buying furniture and other items from Gallery Direct for a number of years now, good quality furniture and always delivered in a timely manner. We get a message asking if a particular date suits, then on the day they call us 30 minutes before delivery to check, this time was no different. Thanks to Nicola at Gallery Direct, who was very professional, polite and informative, providing additional information when we weren’t sure on a couple of things to purchase. She then kept us informed throughout with delivery dates that were suitable to us, even checking afterwards that delivery had gone smoothly. The delivery drivers have always been friendly and happy to put the boxes in a safe place for us to open. All round, great furniture and service.

Ordered a table through John Lewis, with Gallery Direct being the supplier. Item arrived not as advertised and John Lewis put me in touch with the suppliers to exchange. This was months ago. Finally got a delivery date for replacement of 30/12/22 from Gallery. They never showed up. The next delivery date they offered me, despite them not showing up (!!) was a month later. Awful company. If I knew which retailers used them as suppliers I would certainly avoid.
