Great shop. Something in there for everybody and everything.. Everything from sofas, cookers, fridges and bathrooms. Great little showroom. Lots to choose from. New range of towel rails. Would recommend a look if your local..

My Husband and I often pop into this store as we love the personal experience we have always enjoyed however this Saturday 2nd November we had the opposite experience. We approached a till holding towels & a large duvet and requested advice about the duvet eg synthetic filling or duck down only to be told by the cashier that she had no idea! The store was quiet, she did not offer to find another assistant to help. We decided to go ahead with our purchases but not once did this lady give us any acknowledgement eg eye contact, smile, help! which is so unfortunate as we usually love visiting and supporting this business but this experience has left us feeling rather disappointed .

Having visited your store yesterday I have to compliment you on your amazing helpful friendly staff, every member we spoke to were just so pleasant and helpful. A special massive thank you to Alan in the lighting department, so knowledgeable ,patient , helpful and friendly. A great asset to your store. Will certainly be revisiting and recommending your store to all our friends . Thank you all once again.

The sale staff were helpful when purchasing our range cooker,but when I called to confirm delivery and fitting first they could not find our order but luckily they eventually found it,when I asked for times of delivery and fitting they could only tell me of the fitting time not the delivery, when you spend over £1000 on an item you should be given excellent service not the poor service we were given

Absolute gem of a place, nothing else like it. You can get in and out quick if you need because there are always enough staff to help/ring up your purchases quickly, but I love to spend AGES in here just browsing for fun for all my hobbies, DIY, and decor stuff. ? Prices are good, staff are lovely, even the hours are fantastic (many times I've been stressing because I've spent too long browsing and it's almost 5pm but I just want to look at one more thing...! Then I realise they don't close for another hour!) oh, and they even have FREE parking so when I walk out with a million things I don't have to hike miles back to the car with them ?

I visited the store today with my elderly father to buy a new hob. My thanks to both Mark in sales & Ed who fitted the item for their sensitivity and understanding . Dad has early dementia and can be difficult but despite my worries , we made a purchase and Dad is chuffed with his new hob and life is good ? To find a shop with this level of customer service is rare .

Great local hardware store with a huge range of departments. Some things are upstairs and not sure if there is a lift for disabled access. Car park by the back door is free and usually a space available. Love having such a wide range of options locally. Staff can be helpful although it's a bit variable
