Ordered a punch bag bracket a few weeks ago, it turned up rattling around in the box with zero padding, the box was full of holes and the masonry screws were missing where they must have fallen out the box.

The bracket itself was damaged due to the bracket not being properly packed, the customer service email I received after my complaint was extremely poor, I was just told if I don't want it just send it back, when I eventually received my refund they did not fully refund me for the masonry screws even though they fell out the box due to the terrible packing.

I'm extremely disappointed with how they firstly send out there items and two how they deal with customers. I definitely will not be using Geezers boxing in the future.

I placed an order boxing boots 2.0 everlast elite (iykyk). Didn’t show up that it was processed so I went to my online banking and see it wasn’t then ordered again just to receive 2 pairs thinking it was FREE Xmas gift then paid for delivery only to send one back to get my refund and pay first class return to not get my delivery refund.

I recently purchased the Elite Pro Leather Wall Pad from Geezers Boxing and I was suitably impressed with transaction ease and speedy delivery.
The product was purchased before 1pm and as promised, it was delivered (via DPD) the next day.

Unfortunately, the product received had a minor faulty, however, after liaising with George in their returns department, the product was collected and a replacement sent out the following day, no fuss, no arguing, no excuses, just good old fashioned customer service and value.

The product itself is extremely well manufactured, strong and durable and whilst we’re in this lockdown status, will keep me training before my local boxing gym (Bakehouse, Rugy) opens again.

Thank you Geezers Boxing, impeccable service and customer support end to end! I can assure you, I will continue to use Geezers for all my boxing/training needs.

Geezers boxing provides excellent customer service/support. I had a conversation with Jay via email who was extremely helpful and professional. I also had a chat with Kenny over the phone who was pleasant and polite, he dealt with my concern about an exchange for an item which didn’t actually have my size in stock, and assured me that the item would be sent out to me as soon as they receive it from their supplier! I haven’t had a single issue with the communication from this company, from start to finish I am more than happy with my experience! The website it easy to use, and has an option to create an account and earn points! The products are top quality and delivery was fast!

Received some gloves from Geezers 4 months ago, the gloves developed a split in the stitching so I sent some pictures on request, they got back in touch with the supplier and I was then offered the opportunity for a refund or for a pair of replacement gloves. Very good customer service and would always be my first port of call when it comes to purchasing boxing equipment. 5 star service all round
