Absolutely outrageous policy to not allow my child in with me today so I could get much needed supplies. What a ridiculous and limiting rule, particularly for single parents or those who just simply don’t have childcare.
Not inclusive at all, should be ashamed of themselves for implementing such a rule. I have always shopped their with my children who are respectful.

Friendly reception and checkout staff. Good prices and comprehensive selection of dry, frozen and fresh produce. Catering size packs of everything. Spirits and drink, cleaning materials and detergents, sweets and snacks, dairy, vegetables, everything! Will definitely be visiting again to stock up 😉

Walked in and got a free personal membership today - great place, it's like a no-frills Costco! Brilliant for takeaway packaging, good value for money. Avoid disappointment when visiting - you can only have one other non-member with you and any children have to be over 14.

If you've got a bit more cash to spare once you've been in here, stop by the Spanish Wines shop which is on the left as you drive in, that's well worth a visit too!

Member only warehouse. Lots of hard to find oriental and Asian foods, as well as a good selection of catering necessities. Also normal household items - laundry goods etc.

Turned up today with my 9 year son, to be told we can't enter due to health and safety. No problem be foods is opposite side of the road I will do my shopping there.

Long time trade and personal customer. Regularly shop with wife and at times with kids. Turn up today to do just that and get told by receptionist at the door that new policies in as of last week.
Max 2 people per member and strictly no kids.
Enquired about when change came into affect and why weren't customers notified. Was simply pointed to 2 pieces of paper on her window stating the 2 new policies. She also stated it's too difficult to email customers beforehand of the change of policy.
Expected me to leave my children in the car while I shopped or 1 of us adults stay with them. They obviously don't have much awareness of the type of shopping most people do in a place such as this.
Was literally in Costco prior to coming here with the same group and it was heaving, yet no stupid policy like that.
Shame as most of what they sell and selection is good. But new policies with no notice and effectively being turned away at the door today meant 1 simple thing, took my money somewhere else and it ain't coming back here unless they reverse the policies. Which I wouldn't know about anyway cus it's too hard to email customers of changes.

Ridiculous that they don't allow kids, never seen anything like that, don't bother to shop here, Costco is much better and friendly.
