I have had a great experience with Global Moto.
My initail enquiry was for a Kawasaki Z650 ex demo.
I called on a Saturday, the guy on the phone was very polite and freindley and gave me details. Unfortunately the bike was located at Watford (I'm nearer Coventry). I was told I could go and get a valuation from Andrew at the Coventry branch and discuss things with him.
I went the same day, Met with Andrew the sales manager at Coventry. He was very freindly, new about bikes, did not try any sales pitches. He gave me a good price for my trade in and we did a quick negotiation of price. He said they would get the new Kawasaki for the following week.
The following week they called me to say the bike had arrived and sent me various transfer papers to review before collection.
I went to collect the new bike and leave my old bike.
All was as stated, the Kawasaki was as the photos and description. I handed over my trade in bike without any fuss.
Andrew even made sure the first service was done and logged on the service system. It came with a full tank of fuel as well.
There was no rushing.
Overall a great experience from Global and Andrew at the Coventry branch.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Reception was a warm welcome. I'm editing my rating and feedback. Happy to say my visit to Global was very different. The sales guys, Andy and Sam, both excellent and prepared to answer any questions and provide advice. Always a great selection of bikes to choose from and the prices are reasonable.

I've bought my first bike from Global Moto 2 weeks ago, a 2017 Yamaha but it's like new with very low milage. Despite great condition the team still serviced it, replaced the battery and front suspension seals. It felt like I was picking up a new bike! The whole experience was great. Andy was very friendly and helpful, there was no rush and even after I bought the bike he called to check if everything is alright. The showroom itself is amazing, large indor space with many bikes and all the staff is really helpful.
I will be definitely coming back for a bigger bike next year, just hope that they will have what I want but its very likely because the choice is huge.

Had a great time at Bike fest today, lots of old motorcycles to look at. The staff were very helpful and cheerful, they let me in the back door due to my wheelchair, just so as to not miss out on all the show bikes. Fantastic time, thank to all that organised and put on a great day.

I bought my motorcycle from here remotely. I had been worrying, what with it being my first bike but the whole process was virtually painless.

Communication was conducted primarily through email and was generally responded to quite promptly. Considering this would generally be my preference anyway - no complaints.

I ordered a Keeway Superlight 125 SE (pictured below). It arrived in pristine condition and the delivery driver was as pleasant as you could expect. I'm still running it in, but so far, so good.
