Brilliant Company and customer service. Purchased a Silhouette Cameo 4 Pro at 1.50pm on a Friday, and received by DPD the very next day - Saturday. Very impressed by the waterproof packaging wrapped around the parcel, which also conceals what you've purchased. Shame I could only give you 5 stars, you deserve 10 stars. Highly recommended by a returning customer.

Ordered for the first time and had reason to contact as I had misread the (quite clear in hindsight) delivery t&cs. Found out after 5pm on Friday that my order would not arrive till Monday when I was expecting it on Saturday! I was a bit miffed as I had paid for next day delivery, but it did say plain as day that this service was only Mon-Fri. Fired off a message and received an after hours response kindly pointing out my mistake without making me feel like an idiot (I am though, I have form 😃). They did explain it may come on Saturday after all, but it wasn't guaranteed. Woke up the next day to a notification from DPD saying that would indeed be the case, but was impressed when the company also messaged me to make sure I was aware. That's above as beyond and gives me confidence that if things do actually go wrong with an order in the future I'm in good hands. Great prices too!

Never used this company before but...

They'll be my go to craft store from now on. I needed a replacement plotter cutter to finish of some jobs that I had to rush through for a recent order. My other machine was awaiting repair. I ordered it at 1.30pm on Wednesday and it was delivered next day. I was so impressed by their updates and excellent communication in regards to shipping and tracking. And the machine, which although very much a budget machine (Silouette Portrait 3) is absolutely fab. Honestly, I'm so impressed with this company. I'm sure I'll be using them on a regular basis.

10 out of 10!! Can't recommend enough. Ordered several times and never had an issue. Packed neatly and in robust tubes, when ordered several colours and roll, always clearly states how many rolls on tube. ALWAYS dispatched and delivered ahead of schedule! Brilliant Company!
