owner refuses to teach the other staff members how to do anything. they don't know how to do basic gas and electric commands and won't even try. they just say i don't know how to do that and the owner isn't in. when the owner is in, they call her, she comes down from her apartment above the shop and rolls her eyes at you. they don't know the prices of the stuff that won't scan. half the items aren't priced, stock is not properly rotated, stock is always cluttering the isles and no staff members ever wear masks. of all the stuff i've seen them do during my visits, cleaning isn't on the list. won't use the shop again.

Ordered from the deli for the first time today and i'm absolutely amazed.
My partner is fussy with food but he devoured his double lamb burger without ANY complaint.
My youngest had a 10" pizza and my older son had a chicken fillet burger.
Quality of food was outstanding, prices were great and customer service was second to none.
HIGHLY recommended 👌 👍

Rude owner. Rolls her eyes when she has to step in and help because incompetent staff can’t sort the issue. It’s her fault for poor training but she prefers to make the customer feel like it’s their fault.
