I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. My parcel was delayed, and the delivery attempts were handled poorly. The first delivery attempt was made with no effort to properly wait or inform me—only a brief 2-second bell ring, and the second attempt had no supporting evidence, such as a photo or tracking location.

When I reached out for help, I was told that they couldn’t assist me further, even though the service was clearly subpar. I was directed to contact Amazon for compensation, even though I placed my order directly with this company, not with Amazon or the courier. This lack of accountability and communication is frustrating.

As a customer, I expected better, and I’m left feeling unheard and unimportant. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Impressed with the service. First item I received wasn't quite the right fit for me, so I returned it over Christmas and promptly received a no quibble full refund. A few days later, Google lead me back to the site for the same item of clothing, but this time a different brand. I ordered it, once again arrived promptly, and this time it was spot on. Delighted with the purchase and the service was excellent.

Ordered a few sweaters which were a little tight (I’ll blame the baby weight not having shifted yet but the wife would kick me in the shin for trying to use that excuse!)

Returns dealt with brilliantly, all very smooth, will order again as excellent products at very competitive prices.

Purchased a couple of items, the first thing Golfbase do is take your money, then they check stock before emailing to say our of stock. I had ordered enough to qualify for free Tracked 24, once they had informed me by email, not sure why I had to supply a phone number, that 1 of two item was out of stock they offered me a 5% discount on another order. The 5% discount does not even cover the cost of the delivery for the second order that had to be placed to replace the out of stock item. Obviously as they had taken payment for the Out of Stock item I effectively had to pay for three items when I ordered a replacement and hope they refunded the money for the out of stock item, looking at some reviews that could be some wait.
When I contacted them regrading my disappointment in the service the response was we are so hard done by we have so much stock, we don't care about your problems in receiving multiple packages or taking payment before knowing we even have to stock, at the end of the day who is the fool? they have three payment from me, I have no goods three days later as the one item in stock did not arrive when stated, and have had no correspondence regarding the second delivery from the delivery company, well never again!!!!

Excellent shop, item as advertised and fast postage.
Ordered a pair of New Balance running trainers from them as the price was competitive and there's a Top Cashback promotion currently running - ordered on a Sunday, shipped on Monday, arrived on Wednesday. Staff always polite when I phoned for a tracking link. Looking forward to the many miles in them. Support local and/or small businesses in times like these and not conglomerates that don't pay any UK tax... - thank you.
