Rudest staff member I have ever dealt with. Refused to accept a return item I had with instructions telling me that she wouldn’t take it, the company (Amazon, hardly a small company) was wrong even though I’ve used this service countless times with no problem with other, better shops. Insulted me and while I was talking turned to ignore me and try to serve the customer behind me. I’ve used this shop many times but this was utterly disgusting, humiliating, embarrassing and just plain wrong, I won’t ever use this store again, none of my family will and I’ll be advising friends and social media to never give this store any of their hard earned cash. Utterly disgusting.

They always short change you, or at least try. Always count your change if paying cash. ZER0 STARS, where applicable. And they silently and purposely insult you while trying to make it look like they don't intend to. Extremely BAD customer relations and service. Problematic attitudes.
