I took a UPS parcel to drop off. After patiently waiting my turn behind 3 people, As a normal functioning person does. The lady working there couldn’t deal with taking a phone number and pressing a button taking no longer than a minute. This was because she was too concerned of a slight cue forming of miserable looking people who also can’t deal with patiently waiting for their morning snickers and fruit shoot. I left to bring another parcel inn. I saw how her soul left her body and She just shouted ”I can’t take that!” I would have happily waited until all fruit shoot addicts left but she didn’t give me the option. She also stated that “customers have priority” I’m sure they do but I would have happily waited until there was no cue at all. But not given the option.

The situation was embarrassing and if I treated her that way, I’d be serving a jail sentence.

Disgraceful behaviour from someone that can’t deal with a cue.

I took my parcel to another less pretentious place and there was no issue whatsoever.

Only just moved to the area. Got speaking to the owner, I think paresh. Felt like I've known him forever, top top bloke. This is not your average convenience store but a proper supermarket type store. You can make a evening meal with the selection they have. Fresh veg, fresh red meat/chicken, you name it they have it!

Paresh and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. Fantastic shop with great variety of produce.. a real asset to the local community and Chapel lane.

This is a lovely store with great people who work there especially the store manager Paresh. He was very helpful and friendly and I Would recommend shopping here. They have everything you need and the staff are very polite.

Living round the corner means I get to visit them time to time and was always treated fairly. However, today the staff wasn't familiar to me and meeting her once is enough to never shop there again. No manners, customer care or whatsoever, I walked in and she was ready to fight, it is not my fault that she doesn't like her job, definitely avoid next time
