My partner went to drop off a parcel in March which we both have been doing for years with no issues. The man behind the counter said he charges 50p which we have never done before and my partner didn’t have his card or cash on him at the time. A gentleman had to give my partner 50p which made my partner feel so deflated and embarrassed as we have never ever been charged for sending a parcel, we have not been back there since.

The male shopkeeper is so rude and not helpful. Me and my partner was dropping off a Evri parcel to be sent off he was not helpful we have never done the drop off point before and couldn’t work out how to do it he shouted across the counter but we couldn’t work out what he was saying so he sighed and came over I was getting so angry with him to the point I had to leave the shop! So rude not coming back again

Went to pick parcel up. Man behind the counter extremely rude. No help whatsoever finding it , and said just get parcels delivered at home next time. Won’t bother going there again.

The man behind the counter is so horrible, impatient and rude. I was picking up a parcel and i left in tears. He made me feel extremely unwelcome. I dont care if have to travel 2 miles up the road, i will never step foot in there again!

Planned my day to pick up Evri parcel first thing in the morning, shop says it opens at 7.30am, I got there at 9.00am and had the leave at 9.20am as the shop still wasn’t open

Sick to death of the rudeness of the male shopkeeper. I’ve been using this shop on and off for parcels for a few years. I try to avoid where I can and only reason I use is due to close proximity but since my visit last week when he was shockingly rude (again!) but this time I called him out for it and his wife tried to smooth it over, I’m not going back. I wonder if it is just women he is disgustingly rude to. They seem to despise the parcel service they provide. Please think about how you are making people feel when they leave your shop!!

i come here often only because it's nearby and there aren't many parcel shops, and every time i've been the shop keeper's attitude reeks.. so miserable and rude not to mention his loud wife who is always on the phone while serving customers. unprofessional.
