An awful shop do not buy from here. I brought something off Depop and accidently chose this shop as a collection point. A momentous mistake. When I got my package, it was all messed up and had tears. Also I was 2nd in line, I was told to wait for the 4 people behind me to pay for their stuff which took numerous minutes out of my day that ill never get back. This was very odd. Appalling customer service👎🏾. If I could give this shop negative stars, I 100% damn would.

Do not use as a Parcel collection point. They refused my parcel as it was "too big" which meant my son didn't get his birthday present. Previously I've tried to pick up a parcel but they hadn't scanned it in over 24 hours later. The staff clearly couldn't care about their customers.

Great local shop. We have been using it for over 5 years. Always well stocked and were a great support during lockdown providing lots of goods. They now stock a lovely deli section with a wide variety of hummus, dips and meats. Very friendly welcoming staff: Hassan, Ozi et al do a wonderful job in supporting their local community

One of the best local stores I've been to. The most friendliest people; provide great customer service, and they have a range of different items. Some items can be quite expensive and some items cheaper- depending on what it is you're buying, but I personally don't let that be an issue when I have a great relationship with them (it can make such a big difference when you have a good relationship with someone). Definitely recommend this shop

Terrible collection point. Had to explain that eBay collection doesn't send me a barcode to scan, and that the barcode is on the package and that I'd only need to sign it. After standing around for 15 minutes trying to explain this, it turned out they had rejected my package and sent it back to the seller, which is infuriating as I needed the package to use that day!! Will never use this collection point ever again.

Responce to shop owner:
I've had this issue no where else but here. Clearly something is going wrong at your collection point, because all I did was select here as a collection point (for two packages) in check out and BOTH TIMES they have been rejected, spawning a web of problems with my valuable packages. The outlier here is you. Please train your staff to accept ebay deliveries or don't operate an eBay collection point at all. thank you.

Good things in their family run and friendly business. Shelves are stacked and there are plenty of stuff for sale for vegans and vegetarians.
Plenty of drinks and snacks to choose from, so you're spoilt for choice.
