Currys not one of the best experiences. The click and collect service appears to work intermittently which results in some members of staff being confused and in some cases totally reliant on technology to only give a false answer. On a positive note there are proactive members of staff who understand owning a customer issue and trying to resolve it by human to human communication rather than computer says no brings better outcomes. In summary it did take time however we got there in the end.

The Retail Park is probably wonderful but I had the misfortune to have to sit at the Peugeot Garage all morning waiting for my car to be 'analysed'!
NB I was given a desk, a heater and a cup of tea by the lovely lady on Reception!

It’s a very good retail park, with lots of shops and areas to eat, Like Subway, Greggs, KFC, Starbucks and Pausa Cafe. It can get extremely busy at times coming in and out but there is loads of parking available all the time.

Went to Aldi today. The area was very busy to as usual. Don't affect the shopping, as it has a large parking area with easy access to all favourites as home bargain , lidle as such....

Absolutely loads there, good parking,
Only 4 stars, due to traffic 🚦 lights, takes a long time to get out, especially the Dunelm car park, the traffic lights system needs looking at, turning right, you can't turn right if the b and q lights are red, which is frustrating, at best, apart from that , good place, has everything,

Great place but only 3 hours parking. You will never do the shops in this short time. Needs the parking looking at before you p... everyone off and won't shop there any more.

I stopped by Curry's to pick up a new gaming keyboard and mouse, and was pleasantly surprised by the service.

I was approached by a staff member who had a discussion with me about what I was looking for and some personal recommendations, then when I explained that I wanted to have a further look around, there was no pressure to make a choice and I was told to call if I needed help.

Due to an infamous level of indecisiveness, I was still there 20-30 minutes later still looking, when I was approached by another member of staff.
Again, I had a conversation about what I was looking for, my budget and some recommendations, before finally making a well-informed decision, no doubt due to a massive amount of help provided.

I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive products available, and had a tailored experience that felt genuine.

If it wasn't for a 6 hour drive between home and this branch of Curry's, I would make this my go-to store for electronics and tech.

I apologise that I didn't catch the name of the original gent that provided help for me, though he deserves commendation (and was working at the Tech Repair station as I left, if that helps identify the individual).
However, I was lucky enough to catch Ben's name, who is a fantastic employee and a testament to overwhelmingly positive customer service.

All round, well worth the trip and I plan on stopping by again (when in the area!)
