Had a different experience to others. Arrived 30 minutes before booking time with a full load on a container, put straight on a bay and tipped within 30 minutes.

Not bad place but they do stick to no more than 30-45 minutes before your booking time or they do send you away to come back closer to the time. The canteen is where you will sit whilst they unload you, they do have a TV in there and a vending machine for your convenience. Plastic seats but they don't usually take too long to unload so ain't too bad

I’ve collected here numerous times, there is always a 2hour plus wait, it’s a shambles they don’t even look at paperwork they just say come back in 2 hours, then the wait begins, it seems like a 20year old runs the office lol

Poor place to go if you are a driver. Make you wait and wait. No empathy for a pressurised day. Have worked for gxo at 2 other sites as a loader and they are not like this. Hope i never have to return here

Very very terrible. 2 hour and more wait for bus loading. Nothing interest. Say or not say. Other bus load, other not. In reception wait long long. Nothing interest. Wc for women closed 🙁
