Incredibly helpful. Took my son’s watch in to see if they could remove some links as it was too big. The lady was so helpful and not only got the watch the perfect size for my son, she managed to stop the alarm from going off every hour. I’ll be honest - I’ve never shopped in this branch before but I will definitely be shopping there again and will be recommending to friends.

Great for buying watches and jewellery from but after an experience I had with a jewellery repair (they tried to charge me £380.00 for something that another jeweller charged me £5 for). Doesn’t get any worse than that! Would never get them to repair anything.

I visited the H.Samuel store in Huntingdon on Saturday,with a broken clasp on my Tiffany bracelet. The lovely lady there had a look and fixed it for me on the spot. I would definitely recommend this place 😊

The staff at Huntingdon H. Samuel were very friendly and helpful when I visited on Wednesday. I only needed a fairly basic watch strap but two of them spent plenty of time making sure I was happy with the colour and style before fitting it. I shall certainly return when making bigger purchases.

I received a photo projection pendant that I wanted to wear on a very sentimental bracelet. My items were booked in by Abbie for the work to be done in a very comprehensive and reassuring process, I could even follow the progress of my item through a link in my confirmation text message so knew my estimated completion date had changed. I was delighted they were able to securely attach the pendant and the bracelet was looking polished too. Mary and Wendy were both welcoming and friendly when I popped in to collect. Highly recommended for customer service and all your jewellery needs.

Mary was very helpful in offering advice when I wanted my ears pierced. She also helped me to choose two pairs of earrings I brought. I didn't feel rushed even though the store was busy to start with and Mary answered all my questions. The other Staff were helpful and polite as well as welcoming too. I highly recommend this store and will be going back in the future.
