Great service. Our oven needed replacing just before Christmas. They found an item in stock and managed to fit us in for installation. No mess or damage in the house and took the old oven away for a small fee.

Myself and my girlfriend bought a fridge freezer from here. There was a bit of a mix up regarding delivery from the shop to our house. However, that was quickly rectified. The prices are good in comparison to some of the other big stores. You also get personal service that you probably wouldn't get elsewhere. We were served by Alison who was friendly and chatty.

The only downside is the entrance isn't very accessible.

Halls of Ibstock. Good old fashioned family run business you can trust. Having had TV’s, fridges, freezers and washing machines over many years. All installed and old appliances taken away. Friendly trustworthy very helpful staff.
