I had an excellent experience at halls pharmacy The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I understood my prescription and even provided helpful advice. The service was seamless from start to finish, and I felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for outstanding service and a personal touch!

The Ugly ducking has florished. I have used this chemist for years as it is the only one in the village and near to my GP. It has recently been taken over from it's last hortible owner. I am so glad to to say the change is remarkable. The staff are always happy to help with a positive attitude. If they haven't got what you require they will move heaven and earth to get it for you. They are always polite and professional. The shop has also had a refit which was well overdue. This is a classic case of the ugly duckling turning into a beautiful Swan. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for all your efforts.

Always a quick and efficient service whenever I order my prescription. Staff are very polite and helpful. I've been in a couple of times when they've been dealing with rude customers and they're always very professional when doing so (which I'm sure isn't in their job descriptions!).

Left waiting for around 10minutes whilst staff casually chatted then pharmacist didn't offer privacy in consultation room for my appointment while discussing private/personal information. Updated 04/24: Over recent months it seems like the pharmacy has rectified some issues....

I went in for medication and got taken in the back room off the male pharmacist (very Rude man) and asked me what I had in my pockets as if he was acusing me of stealing all because I was standing on the right side of the shop because of social distances away from another customer who was on the left side of the chemist. Don't get me wrong the other staff and the other female pharmacist are really nice people.
