I have just had the misfortune to shop in this place with awful staff. The extremely unpleasant server was very rude and unhelpful to an older lady with a dog. Instead of offering to help she simply repeated “you’re not allowed dogs in here”. I had my hands full or I would have assisted her with her purchase of a bag of potatoes. She was obviously not going to get any assistance and so left. I then discovered that a queue in this shop goes in a right angle from the till and not one customer behind the other. As she barged her way in front of my position directly behind another customer. The new member of staff supported her colleague’s rudeness but was pleasant enough otherwise. Seriously, train your staff.

I have been using Ham Green Premier and Post Office, since Gary and Sam took it over. I use the Post Office nearly every day to send parcels. All the staff in the shop and Post Office are lovely, always helpful and cheerful. They were closed for a few days recently for refurbishment and I had to use other post offices, I couldn't wait to get back to Ham Green!!!
