Useless for parcel services. Today I was told “can’t do UPS until 1pm as I don’t want to put the app on my phone as it takes up too much space, you'll have to come back”. Not exactly convenient for the customer. Don’t offer a service if you aren’t going to actually willing to serve customers.

Nice shop, useless for parcel services. They have lost a parcel historically due to incompetence and inability to use the systems. Today I was told “can’t do UPS until 1pm as I don’t want to put the app on my phone, can you come back”. Not exactly convenient for the customer. Don’t offer a service if you aren’t going to actually willing to serve customers. Still waiting for my parcel
