Ive always had a great experience ordering here. There are a few staples I literally cannot get anywhere else and they are a great price. Everything is wrapped so well for delivery that it arrives in great shape, and I order a lot things in glass. If there is every a problem they always send an email and sort it out before delivery. Highly recommend!

Although the online order took over a week to arrive (I assume due to Chinese New Years), the customer service was very good after I contacted them. They offered to substitute alternative items that were out of stock, or a refund. I accepted the alternatives and they were very polite and helpful. They included a free item also. Taken a star off as I had to email them to ask where my order was, had they let me know there was a delay I would've happily given 5 stars. I recommend 🙂

I have ordered several times and always been pleased with the packing, delivery notifications and customer service. I try to schedule my frozen items for delivery during cold spells so they arrive in a semi-frozen state and this works well as not many online Asian supermarkets offer national frozen food deliveries at a reasonable cost. Cleo was excellent in keeping me informed about items that were out of stock in my latest delivery and I was able to ask for substitutes and was also refunded for some items that couldn't be substituted.

I placed my order but because it was during the bad weather and contained frozen items they contacted me and asked if they could hold it back until the could guarantee quick delivery. They kept me informed at all times and when the order did arrive it was in perfect condition. Packed well and only one item missing which I was refunded for immediately. A fantastic company to do business with. This is my second order and I will be going back for more. Thank you

Have ordered a couple of times from tuk tuk mart and both times they’ve been super timely and orders arrived well packed! Products were exactly what was described on website and in perfect condition. Also they sent along little extra snacks as a surprise. Brilliant service will be shopping again!

This is a prime location in Chinatown. The grocery store is small, but it has everything and is very busy.
