Very rude cashier when my partner tried to collect a parcel, she was told "don't come on match days, you are keeping people waiting" and she had a receipt thrown at her. She tried to come earlier in the day before the match day rush but they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Netherless, not a way to treat a customer when they are trying to use a service that is provided by the store. If they can't cope with the services that they offer, that is a store management problem and not the problem of the customer. Unbelievable.
