Bit of shame really as I'd been using this garage for 3-4 years without any trouble, but will not do so again. There was always a certain ramshackle charm to this place, but the last couple of visits were very disorganised, sadly. I was given misleading information about the startup procedure of my car in the cold, and an obvious issue with a basic part was not addressed leading me to call out the RAC only weeks after a full service/MOT (despite reassurance from this garage all along there was likely nothing wrong). Also slightly concerned engine damage was (possibly, not 100% confirmed but I am told likely) done to my car on a botched repair in the past (as revealed by a recent inspection).

3 stars, given the reasonably smooth last couple of years, but the last two visits were a real disappointment.
