Wonderful garage who totally saved me today, I caught them just as they were closing for the day and they helped me regardless. Can't thank them enough :-)

Awful customer service, avoid at all cost. Booked my car in and was told to drop it off at around 9.30am which i did. It got to 3.30pm and I had not been called regarding progress so i called them to ask on progress. I was told that they had not had a chance to look at it yet but they didn't close until 5.30pm - 6pm so they will call when they know what the problem is with the car. It got to 4.55pm and still no one had called me so i went to the garage and saw that the car had not moved from where i had seen it earlier. The lady on reception said they had not had a chance to look at the car. I explained that they had the car for 7 hours and where do we go from here. She suggested i book it in for next week some 5 days later. I then asked for the keys and said i would take it somewhere else. How not to run a business!!!

Always bring my car here whenever it needs a check or MOT & always receive really good customer service that I’m happy with. Would recommend

Had an MOT in April and my windscreen wiper had been faulty, I had explained the situation to them and Tara had been really helpful in sorting this for me under warranty. Great service would defo recommend.

Took my car there for an MOT recently. Car failed legitimately for broken front springs but they decided to lump in a tyre failure with it citing 'cut in excess requirement in order to reach the ply or cords'. I'm no idiot when it comes to cars and I do all the work on them myself so whilst i replaced my springs I took the time to assess the tyre and saw no such faults. After I had replaced the springs I took it for an MOT at another garage and no surprise it passed with no faults. Not only did they try and lump in extra work on my car it took them 3 hours to get the MOT completed which was completely unacceptable. Really bad experience would not recommend if you are unable to check over your car yourself.

I always take my vehicles to HiQ goffs Oak for Service Mot .Always very helpful honest and at the top of there game..Very genuine on what's wrong with your vehicle and never do work that doesn't need doing. I have and always use them on my vehicles and know they will do a 100% work ..They are very trustworthy and that is very essential these days to know that the work has been done correctly ..

I have now used this place a few times and have found them amazing not only are their prices very fair but their workmanship is fantastic too, the collected my daughters car for MOT, Mot it and then returned it which was about 3 miles each way and only charged for the MOT, I thoroughly recommend them

Scott and his team were absolutely brilliant in identifying and fixing the engine of our Mini Countryman and at a reasonable price compared to the prognosis and costs we were quoted by Stephen James Enfield.
