Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, only had a couple of negative experiences in that respect out of the many times I have purchased from here.
Good products, some things are great value for money, whereas other items are very overpriced and can be found much cheaper on amazon, ebay, etc., so make sure to shop around first if you are trekking up there for only one or two specific things from just there alone.
Apart from that, all good!

This new store is a craft enthusiast's dream! There is a huge selection of craft supplies. You can create anything that comes to mind. There's even a baking section that I am eager to explore. Some of the displays are really unique, like the pick and mix beads. There are some exciting events coming up too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I went in for some acrylic paint and while it was easy to find my item, the service at the till point is the reason for the low rating. The young girl who served me was on her phone for the whole interaction and didn’t take her eyes off the phone.

A nice big store with plenty of stock. A must for those who have multiple hobbies like myself. A new soldering iron today and plenty in stock. Plus I noted right beside them was scenic items for model railway in my guage (00) so a good trip today. And a big thank you to the staff who were very helpful.

Great range of general craft supplies, high enough quality and variety to meet most needs. There was a craft table set up in-store with a group of kids being shown how to do some crafts, which I think is a great addition, it would be good to see them run classes for all ages. Quite competitive pricing too. Heavy focus on Christmas crafts due to the time of year I was there; decoration making, and supplies for wreaths etc. You will find it difficult to leave without buying something!

Looking for fabric, a dress pattern and thread. All on completely different locations, no apparent logic. The fabric was cut, no hacked off. Very disappointed. Yes I took it for a slightly reduced rate as I hate waste. My choice. But a flat, clear surface large enough to cope with cutting fabric would make so much sense.
