Feels like a fraud!
Worst customer service ever. I’m in Germany. Order was shipped week later than it should.
Got false item, they have to pay for return. Two weeks trying to connect with them via phone (5times a day) or email (every day) - nothing.
If you in Nottingham you can buy from them otherwise absolutely no. Waste of time and money.

Returned a suit that didn’t fit me over…
Returned a suit that didn’t fit me over 3 weeks ago. Have tried to call and emailed them on numerous occasions to ask the status of my refund but they haven’t had the courtesy to respond and indeed made the refund. I have made a number of purchases from them over the past few years but that will end.
