This is a fantastic shop. There's almost nothing they don't stock, the service is friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair. Much nicer than shopping online for household basics: you can see before you buy, ask advice, and pick up and take home straight away - no waiting for delivery (and more environmentally-friendly). We need to keep supporting shops like this, and it's easy when they are this good!

Fantastic little traditional DIY shop. I needed a wooden mallet for the beach. Lovely lady got her step ladder and produced exactly what I was looking for. A real secret little gem.

Do you remember the time you could enter a ionmungers and get exactly what you wanted at a reasonable price? Well this is the shop every item is priced and easy to get it reminded me of the 1950s help was at hand and advice also. Such a pleasure to visit and I recommend a visit.

Staff are always polite friendly patient helpful the place has anything you may need for DIY cleaning painting it's great little bit more expensive than your larger DIY shops but it convenient and has always had what I need
