*Impeccable Service From John Chadwick in Kitchen Design* I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my kitchen from HomeBase Team Valley, and I can't recommend them highly enough. John Chadwick in kitchen design did an amazing job. His creativity and attention to detail transformed my vision into a beautiful and functional kitchen that exceeded all my expectations. I literally couldn’t be any more happier with how it has turned out. He guided us through the process and made some excellent design recommendations such as making the island bigger and adding cupboards on the other side of peninsula etc. He is a credit to your organisation. Dave, the deputy manager, was incredibly helpful when it came time to load the van when I needed to collect some ancillaries. His assistance made the process smooth and efficient, saving me a lot of time and hassle. The delivery drivers were also a standout. They were polite and punctual and also called ahead to ensure I was prepared. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the entire team demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m extremely happy with the service and the results. Staff made my experience so easy and pleasant. Needed to paint a wooden door at my porch, having no idea of the material I need to use. As soon as I walked in, I asked I'd someone could advice me. In a minute, a really helpful and polite lady, walked me to the right sector, answered my questions and advised me on the items I needed. Amazing!

After looking clueless at paint Brian B came and asked me if I needed any help during my visit yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and helpful he showed me all the different paints and helped me choose the perfect colour. Will definitely come back here next time I need anything. Thank you!

Fantastic store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products and they are well stocked with a good range of deals on you’re bound to find something you need for a bargain price. The biggest issue you’ll have is getting there, Retail World Team Valley suffers heavy congestion at busy times of day.

The worst customer service ever. Returned a faulty item and was told by the sales assistant Alexis that no exchange could occur because "you can glue it yourself, it's not faulty". Only after stating it was in fact faulty did I get an exchange. While being served the not so friendly Alexis turned her back on me. Not only odd behaviour but extremely rude. She then said that she would glue the electrical item herself and return it to the shelf. I won't be returning and avoid Homebase Team Valley unless you like awful customer service, and risking buying bodged up goods 'fixed' by the staff which you can't return if you simply change your mind.

Absolute stinking attitude from the women at the front cashier. I know you close at 7pm, I was leaving the store at 6.55pm, as I walked past the cashier at the front the store, I got dirty looks from her. I apologised to her for keeping her waiting although the store closes at 7pm. No reaction or acknowledgement from my apology and still continued to look at with a horrible face of hers. If you can't provide customer service, don't be at the front row of a business.

Poor customer experience all the way, sorry to see some companies are still acting as they are in charge of customers. Will avoid in the future
