Fabulous store! I love it here. Great location, store is immaculately set out. A fantastic range of products. All the staff are polite and helpful.
Pricing is competitive but one thing that really stood out (other than how nice the staff are) was how healthy the plants looked. Whoever looks after them does a terrific job!
I’ve bought all my paint and light fittings from here recently whilst I renovate my new home. I’m actually looking forward to going again. Weird but true!

Drove 20 miles to the Selby store for 2 packs of tiles to finish my bathroom, no tiles in stock, and they said I could order them, but it could take up to 5 weeks!, what a joke!, I ended up ordering them and when they did turn up 48 out of 88 were broken!, Yodel delivered them and must have thrown them around the van!, the store is not very well stocked with a small range of most things, I'll give it a miss next time and go to Hull.

Helpful staff rang this morning for a query on if they had specific paint in store as I don’t live local and the guy who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Went in store a few hours later and he knew who I was and helped me get what I needed. Friendly staff and efficient.

It's a while since I've visited a homebase, but I was able to find what I was looking for. A wide selection of lighting, although it was very difficult to locate the actual boxed product based on the tag on the display light - but the staff were helpful and located this for me.

Overall, clean throughout and well stocked.

Not a bad shop, plenty of choice, but quite expensive when compared to other similar shops. Building materials area, wood ect, needed to be tidied up, some items not fit for sale, in my opinion. Useful shop when you need something quick.
