The assistant wouldn't let me off 5p (I was a little short)when I was purchasing over £15 of baby clothes for my niece's new baby girl.....shame on you....I thought being a charity they would have been happy to let 5p go Observably not!!!!! I won't be going there again....I will take my custom else where from now,to a charity who appreciates my money....and treats their customers with a bit more respect.Hospice Of Hope.... there's no hope with assistants like this!

Found that this charity accepts medical supplies so took 2 boxes of prescribed, but unused bandages and dressings that the NHS can't take back. The shop was clean, tidy and organised. The lady working there was friendly and welcoming. The only problem is the parking situation. It appears there are no restrictions to parking and as such the service road in front of the shop was difficult to find space on - hence only 4 stars ?

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I had to write this one. Very poor costumer service, never going back there again, no please no thank u just giving orders dos and don'ts all the time, not even a smile on their faces ! I mean really if you're trying to make some difference in the world you should at least be kind to people who are trying to support what you're doing.

the staff took very bad care of the customers, they simply kicked me out, they didn't tell me that I had 7 minutes of shopping, they did a circus, very ugly on their part, women of a certain age
