Went in to collect a parcel. Was shocked how rude the man was. This is the second time I have had to collect a parcel there and second time he has been unexplainably rude! I'm an ordinary polite lady and was baffled at him apparently acting as horrible as possible, he surely gets paid for this. AVOID!! I will do all I can to go elsewhere from now on.

Shockingly bad shop with extremely rude staff. Had multiple parcels delivered there and every time the staff have been rude. They recently lost a parcel because their parcel storage was that poor and opted to look for the parcel using a stick to knock the other parcels out of the way.

Would avoid sending or having parcels delivered there at all costs

On a good day the male staff are surly. Every other day they are rude. The lady is friendly though. If only she was full time. I will not be going again.

I received a text with pick up code saying phone available to collect. I went in later that day and he says no parcel delivered. Rather rude comments & he didn’t care my parcel was missing.
I’ll try again today but may be best to avoid this drop off centre based on my experience .

Only go to collect parcels but won't be going anymore. All staff are completely disinterested and seems a real task for them to get your parcel. Thats if for absolute no reason at all they keep refusing to take delivery and it takes a week of calls, emails etc to find my parcel and get it delivered to my home address when I will be in. If its to much effect to take parcels in then withdraw yourself from the service, at the end of the day you in some way benefit so aren't losing out.

Quite frankly Terrible, if i could give 0 stars i would, went to collect a parcell that ever so clearly has been delivered with proof saying so and they simply said no it hasnt come try again tommorow, sent my friend down to collect it and he gave them it without asking for their I.D on parcell collection (which it asks for)

Didn't want to deal with my parcel. Kept quite rudely serving other people instead of talking to me. Told me DHL hadn't been that day and to come back tomorrow. Wife went in a few minutes later and came out with my parcel. Won't be using the shop again
