Very poor experience. Chased my order for a Powerkaddy battery 36 holes after a week. Couldn’t call the landline on the web site as unobtainable which combined with recent reviews concerned me with the attached golf course also closed permanently. I did receive a responsive text to my call to a mobile issuing a refund as item stated as not available although still showing as in stock. So no loss but a waste of time for an urgent order and one I think to tread carefully on

Ordered golf balls, no confirmation no delivery date.
Contacted them twice by phone asked to give details by text which I did.
Twice they said they would get back to me which they didn’t.
Nine days since order placed still no golf balls, fortunately payed by PayPal and got my money back.
Normally don’t write reviews but had to as messed about, decide for yourself.

I ordered and paid for a new golf trolley battery online on 24 October 2023. Despite leaving several voicemail messages, sending multiple emails and text messages, most of which went unanswered, I still do not have the battery over 4 months later. There has been no explanation or apology or refund. Avoid ordering anything from this shop online.

Great value club repair. Slammed my 8 iron into my bag in a fit of pique after a poor shot (again). Club head snapped off. Dave the pro had the exact matching shaft in stock and made the club as new again. Great service.
