To owner - I requested an update with Google for you, to adjust your opening times to avoid your customers wasted journeys. I got back in my van and by the time I got my seatbelt on I had it done by the way.
We all have problems, keep your personal life to your self and always show respect. It's professional. Take care my friend.

My reply to owners response : No the Post office not the Royal mail? Remember, I came into store to use your post office. I got there at 5:10m and you told me the post office was closed. When I showed my frustration that I have travelled to you and you advertise you are open online, you bit my head off and told me you have been closing early due to your wife's illness. I requested an update with Google for you as you clearly had too much going on and to avoid disappointing other customers. Be professional always!

Fantastic customer service, lovely three ladies on this afternoon helped me out with recycling a large box I collected and repacked so I could get my parcels back on my bike. They lent me a bag too, they couldn't have been more helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited twice in the past week, friendly helpful staff. Posted a registered letter one day and dropped a parcel force item for collection.

Easy and quick.

Needed a small strip of celotape to affix a label and they refused to use the tape behind the counter. I was purchasing a bag to send the item in, which wasn't cheap, so to insist I buy a whole packet of tape was nothing short of GREED. I really did need the smallest amount.

This post office is slow. The staff spend more time talking about life than actually serving anyone and this display of greed of service is the final straw. Customer lost.

Hopefully they will fail and someone more locally minded will take over.

I went into the post office forgetting my bank card and the workers there asked me for something with my name and adress on. I then proceeded to show them a letter but they declined it so I then tried again with a email with my name, adress etc..
they then declined again.
My mum had to come into the post office and show the ladies our adress (which is what I did myself)
The workers clearly refused to give me my parcel due to my age (I’m around 16) I find this extremely rude as my name was on the parcel.
The workers were rude and disorganised as each worker told me that I needed different kinds of proof.

Very helpful staff member, could see me struggling with baby in pushchair and parcel didn't fit in the packaging I'd got, she kindly came and gave me cellotape and scissors and made life much easier rather than having to go home with the baby again.
Thank you
