Staff are extremely horrible, went to collect my parcel that has been tracked to this post office. Man shouted at me for “wasting his time” when he couldn’t find it. Was extremely humiliated as the post office had other customers waiting. I politely asked if he could check again as I have proof the parcel was delivered here, he then shouted at me asking if I wanted to come round the back and check myself and then shouted that he had already checked twice. Extremely unprofessional and I was left in tears.
