Returning a faulty Garmin Satnav to first get a refund, then get a TomTom replacement this afternoon, I suspected there might be a problem as my original payment included Nectar points and the replacement cost less, but Sarah who served me clearly knew her stuff and ensured it went without a hitch. I mention Sarah by name here simply because her customer skills are second to none - she's a star, a credit to Argos.

Absolutely Dreadful, ordered a simple screen protector yesterday and I go to collect in the morning and get told they have sent it to the wrong store!. Then after they told me it would be there the following day I get a call when I’m at work saying it won’t be in till Monday now. Had one job can’t even get that right

Tried to supply us a item that had looked like it had been dragged behind a van , and free item was not suddenly not in stock and attitude towards missing item was terrible we will NEVER use Argos ever again

STAFF AT THIS STORE SEEN THEM TALKING ABOUT SHOPPERS AND TAKING THE MICK OUT OF THEM DOWN THE SIDE WHERE THEY GO AND STAND .. ALL IS TRUE WE & KIDS SEE AND DID HEAR BUT THEY CAN BE NICE AT TILL THEN THEY TALK ABOUT THAT CUSTOMER WHEN THEY GO AND TAKE MICK OUT OF THEM WE SEE SO WE HAVE PUT IT ON HERE
