Despicable company, don't deliver when you've booked for. Then turn up when they see fit at 11pm with defrosted goods. Would not recommend, store manager extremely dismissive, poor customer service. Offered a tenner for inconvenience.

Called this morning to report 3 items that came poorly on my order and Sandita was very unprofessional on the phone!
I always order my food shopping online and she expects me to stay home all day so they can come and retrieve the faulty items so a refund can be processed?

I booked an early delivery for a reason, I got things to do than wait between 14:30/1630 for 3 items that were messed up.
She spoke over me on the phone and had no manners!

In the end I had to call customer service whom helped me issuing my refund.
If you dont have phone manners then stick to working on stacking shelves 🙂

I ordered from Iceland angel N1. The delivery driver Paul was very rude to me he threw my shopping at my front door and when I said he didn’t knock on my door he told me to shut up and pick up my shopping. I wouldn’t mind but I spent £150 and he spent 5 minutes talking to a Morrisons driver before he came to me. I will never order from Iceland’s again. Disgusting.

Well organised, always well stocked, clean, and with very good prices. There's always a good selection and they are constantly changing some of the products, introducing new items and a great variety of food. Iceland shops are not only frozen foods, they offer as well wines, drinks, snacks, and some other groceries like any other supermarkets. I wish they have self service like other icelands, because the last times I have been in some branches, specifically this, there is always a long queue and only 2 people serving, one of them was lovely, but she was distracted doing banter with another colleague, making the queue even longer. I hope the shop introduces self service, because the have plenty of space in the front part of the shop to set some machines and speed up the service. 👍

Worse Iceland ever , the female manager has an attitude problem and is talks out of her ass !! If you don't have phone manners then stick to stacking shelves 🙂 and the meat here is worse then dog food and the milk is always gone off from this angel branch !!

Annan the manager very helpful and understanding in sorting out the my order the awful issues I had with customer service which were very unhelpful regarding my refund.

Love grocery shopping here. Always has what I need and the check out is very quick. The late closing times also work in my favour

This is the biggest Iceland iv seen and they have so much more in there than most other Iceland shops but the only problem with angel Iceland is they are so bad on delivery's I don't think they even have a driver most days so if you want your food delivered then this is not the shop to go to
