I've been a loyal customer for years. Not anymore the delivery and customer services is an absolute joke.
Delivery driver failed to deliver our food.
2 days ringing the store at breightmet that never answer the phone. Customer services want you to wait a further 2 days. And to top the matters off of the tracker the foods been delivered yet me the customer never received it go figure.

Reached the age of 32 before ever stepping foot in Iceland. Should have listened to Kerry years ago. They have Gregg's, TGI Fridays, Slimming World, Frosty Jack's and many other bizarre brands in the freezers. Like Arnie, I'll be back

The manager here is fab. He is always super helpful and goes out of his way to help.
Always greeted with a smile and queues move quickly.even when heaving.
Always well stocked. And having free parking, along with disabled spaces right out side is a massive plus.

People knock Iceland for their product range. But I find that I have no complaints over the bagged 5% mince or mince steak, both make lovely spaghetti bolognese or a good chilli. The party snacks for Christmas or summer picnics in the back garden are good.

Although I normally love going into Iceland/Food warehouse, of late I've been disappointed because I found a couple of lines that I was over the moon with, have ceased being sold. I shall have my revenge !!!! Lol, just kidding 🤪
