Ordered online, some items were damaged/leaking, driver took them back to the store and I would receive replacement, I also phoned the store and they too said they would dispatch the replacement, 24 hours later No replacement, now I am short and have to go to another store for items. Sorry to say I will not be using Iceland, as this is not resolved.

Ordered online and was given gone out of date bread, I didn’t realise until after I have eaten 2 of them. Very ridiculous as it’s a major food safety hazard in a business like that

The security guard is quite new there he is very professional and polite as always happy to see my little boy in the pram actually bought him an doughnut my partner is in there nearly everyday and he always makes sure he gives the baby a hello and I think he probly doesn’t get enough reviews relating to him so thought I would post this to say thank you to the Iceland security guard
